Wally is the best! We have used him twice. Once to buy once to sell. He was straight forward and honest. He helped us every step of the way. He told us what we needed to do and helped us get what we wanted in both situations! We recommended him to a friend and he was the same with them as he was with us. Wally Sisk is an excellent realtor! He made our long distance move so much easier by taking the stress out of finding and buying a home in the Munford/Atoka area while living a thousand miles away. He listened carefully and understood what we were looking for in a house and was professional and enjoyable to work with. His intimate and detailed knowledge of the housing and people in the area was invaluable! He actively pursued potential homes by walking through listed houses himself and visiting builders to see what would be available soon. When he showed us houses he was careful to make sure we had all the information we needed, whether that involved driving through a neighborhood or discussing the type of shingles on the roof -- but he never influenced or judged our choices. We ended up purchasing a house that was still under construction, and Wally was a fabulous advocate for us in making sure that every detail was taken care of even though we weren't there. The only other time we used a realtor to purchase a home was a positive experience and we had no complaints then, but the experience of buying with Wally Sisk really showed us how invaluable an amazing realtor can be!
